The Origin Story

Twelve months. Hundreds of applications. Countless hours refining a resume, rewriting a cover letter, optimising a LinkedIn profile, all with the help of every GenAI platform worth knowing.

For a while, the optimism was real. AI adoption came naturally. Using it for discovery, reflection, assessment and performance analysis across every dimension of a career profile felt genuinely productive. It felt like progress.

The more the research deepened, the more conversations happened with recruiters, hiring agency owners and professionals across the network, the clearer a structural truth became. The game had already changed, and most candidates had not been told.
